Planning and Ordering Information

Room and Meeting Space Arrangements:  All catering orders include table linens for catering set up.  If you inquire any additional linens, please contact our catering team.


Ordering and Payment Procedures: We are asking that you request future caterings with at least 48 hours advance notice. This will ensure that we can plan for and provide our best quality service. We value working together on solutions for your last-minute needs. Our preferred method of payment is by credit card. Alternate payment arrangements can be addressed through the café or catering manager. Such arrangements must be made prior to ordering. Thank you for your continued business with Eurest.

Guarantee Policy:  To professionally prepare for each event, we request that you guarantee the number of guests attending your event at least 24 hours in advance.   Any changes must  be made 24 hours prior to the event. If no changes are confirmed, service will be provided and billed for the original number of guests.

Cancellations:  We know that at times you may need to cancel an event with short notice.   Due to our advanced preparation, complete cancellations within 48 hours will not incur any charges.   Cancellations within 24 hours will  incur a charge of 50% of the total, and less than 24 hours will incur the full cost.   Beverage orders may be canceled at any time provided the order has not left the kitchen.

Service Charges:  All orders will have a 18% delivery/set-up fee.
